Strategy

Money Konsul has its own unique way of doing things. We do not believe that strategy is merely a discussion of SWOT, PESTLE, vision, mission and values. We believe that a proper strategic planning process incorporates research, exploration and discussion that focuses on stakeholders and their transmutation. All of this needs to be distilled into a coherent analysis in order to have a clear and implementable view.

That view should be clear enough to point the team to which investments to make and what actions to take to realise the strategy. This includes evaluating investment options, initiating new projects, and identifying key requirements for talent, systems, and supporting resources. These actions are then distilled into a project plan that describes the firm’s strategy execution plan and process.
