Amos Kumwenda

Amos worked for Kingdom Bank Limited as Asset Finance Specialist, Corporate Banking Manager and Branch Manager. He moved to CABS to set up and head Corporate Banking, before running the largest mortgage portfolio in Zimbabwe — still within CABS.
Amos had a stint in the insurance sector, in particular at Zimnat, where he was spearheading business development for affluent clients. Amos later joined the National Building Society, where he transformed and developed a vibrant portfolio. When Amos left NBS he joined Business Rescue Services, a business that specialises in business turnaround.
In all these organisations, training has been prominent, and this is where the passion and desire for training developed.
Amos holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Risk Management with UNISA, a Diploma in Banking and a Diploma in Credit Management, and is completing an MBA with MANCOSA.

In her capacity as Legal Affairs and Training Manager, Linda not only provides strategic legal insight but also leads training initiatives that empower participants to manage their professional and personal affairs effectively.
Her dual strengths — legal expertise and financial acumen — make her a vital resource for organizations seeking training that is both intellectually rigorous and practically applicable. Linda’s mentorship ensures that trainees leave with actionable knowledge, well-prepared to navigate complex legal and financial landscapes.

Lawrence has had the opportunity to sit on boards and to drive the strategic direction of many businesses. The strategic success of the organisations he has worked for carries Lawrence's fingerprints, and his strategic focus in training, planning and implementation.
He is strategic in drafting Human Resources documents and policies, the latest of which was for Ndasenda ICT Company. Lawrence has been Head of Human Resources in many organisations and has also largely been Head of Training and Development.
Lawrence holds an MBA in International Business Management from the University of Natal and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the same university. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and is a Registered Public Accountant. Having worked in the banking sector, he is also a holder of a Diploma with the Institute of Bankers in Zimbabwe and is an Associate Member. He is a Certified Professional Banker under the Institute of Bankers in South Africa, and holds an Advanced Diploma in Bank Credit Management from Damelin.
